Sierra Pacific West, Inc. promotes safe work practices through the use of a behavior-based safety incentive award program, intensive and continual worker training, daily task hazard meetings, stretch and flex and strict enforcement of the company written safety program designed to identify and correct potential hazards before they result in damage to property or personal injury or death to any workers, and we are taking our message to construction jobsites all around the United States.

Sierra Pacific West, Inc. maintains a staff of safety professionals with backgrounds in civil engineering, industrial hygiene, mining, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, refinery, and power generation. Our staff includes a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Industrial Hygienists (IH), Certified Safety Professionals (CSP), Certified Safety Managers (CSM), Certified Health & Safety Technicians (CHST), Safety Trained Supervisors (STS) and OSHA Construction Outreach Trainers.

Sierra Pacific West, Inc. personnel actively participate on the following safety committees, National Association of Safety Professionals (NASP) and The Association of General Contractors (AGC) National and Southwest Safety Committees.
